Prescription Assistance
Our Prescription Assistance Program (RX Assist) helps eligible uninsured and under-insured patients of all ages obtain their prescriptions at little to no cost. Medicaid Enrollment
We are proud to be a Certified Medicaid Application Site and will be glad to assist you or your loved in applying for Louisiana Medicaid. If you would like to see if you qualify or have questions, contact us to set up your appointment or visit our office for more information.
Sliding Scale Fee
In efforts to keep our commitment to providing health care services to all patients regardless of ability to pay, we offer a Sliding Scale Fee that is available to all income eligible uninsured or under-insured patients based on annual household income. Please call us to learn more about services that are covered under our Sliding Scale Fee and documents needed to enroll.
Transportation Services
In efforts to increase access to health care services for patients living in rural communities, we are proud to offer transportation services for our Inpatient, Outpatient and Rehab Services.
